    1. Go for a stroll, a jog or a run. Exercise. Call up a friend to join you.

    2. Get enough sleep and increase water intake.

    3. Pamper yourself - a facial, a good massage, bubble baths, the works.

    4. Nurture your nose with aromatherapy. Cook something wonderful and tune into the wonderful smell that fills your kitchen.

    5. Laugh out loud (at every chance you get).

    1 - tomato extract is a good way to help clear blemishes. just mash it then apply it on your face until it tightens.a very natural way to clear the skin!

    2 - egg white can be used a mask too!it is good blackhead remover. just wet the towelette with egg white, apply on the face & let it dry then peel it.

    3 - water is really a must.i know this is basic, but a lot of use forget how important it is to intake water especially when we are on the go.

    4 - oatmeal is a good facial exfoliator..same with using a sugar scrub (for face) & salt for the body...just mix it with oil.

    5 - baking soda is a good clarifying agent. i use it to remove some hair residues. i mix it with my shampoo & lather it then i'll have my hair all shiny & light

  42. With the climatic changes and pollution abounding everywhere, I make sure that I take care of myself by doing the following:

    1. I apply moisturizer in my face and lotion in my body everyday, regardless of whether I'm going out or not and whenever I go out in the afternoon, I make sure I use my umbrella so that my skin won't be exposed to much to the sun's rays.

    2. As much as possible I eat fruits daily for my fiber intake. I don't drink sodas or any artificial drinks, even if it was offered to me. I make sure that I drink only fresh fruit juices. I don't stick to a particular diet, but as always eat on time and to the clock. I don't believe in depriving myself of food just to keep up with a good weight. I just eat the right kind of food.

    3. Speaking of food, I eat only foods which are processed less (e.g., boiled, steamed, fried in olive oil once). Because the more the food is processed (boiled then fried or steamed then fried, etc.) the more food loses its nutrients. Moreover, I snack on raisins, dried pineapples or mango.

    4. I don't drink and smoke and i also make sure that I sleep more than 8 hours a day because anything less than that makes me feel like a zombie and i'm not mentally alert to take on things within the day. Also I drink lots of water within the day.

    5. And finally, I make sure that I do not have any negative feelings or bad things in my mind when I go to sleep. When you sleep with it, even if you're doing all the healthy stuff, you would still feel exhausted doing nothing 'cause your thinking consumes you. Whatever happened in the day, I leave it behind. Nothing beats having peace in your mind and spirit.

    It takes sometime before you get used to disciplining yourself doing all these things. But believe me it pays well. As compared with my friends, I never looked my age. On introductions, I used to extend courtesies with people whom i thought was 10 years older than me. Turns out I'm the one who should be given the courtesy of being called the "Ate." He!he!he!

    1. At least 4-8 hours of dark sleep. Any more or any less than that I feel sluggish and depressed (no kidding! hahaha) the whole day.

    2. Drink lots of water. I know my water intake is less than minimal if my lips start to protest by chapping

    3. Moisturize, moisturize. Including your lips and under eyes. Your skin will thank you in about a few years.

    4. Wear suncreen. This will be another thing your skin will be thanking you for in a few years

  66. This is my list of taking care of my body the natural way.

    1.When I wake up and before I go to sleep I pray (Since praying can help relieve stress, calm fears and reduce anxiety)

    2.Eating in between meals (foods low in glycemic index) to speed up metabolism, eat high amounts of protein from lean meat and other natural sources making sure I dont eat too much, and eating a moderate amount of food at night. This method will avoid the need for dieting.

    3.Performing circuit training exercises 5 days a week(3 straight days with 1 day rest and 2 straight days with 1 day rest again).I make sure that I find the time to do it.

    4.Drinking 8 glasses of distilled water everyday. The easiest thing to do.

    5.Sleeping early and making sure its 8 hours. Nothing beats a good night's sleep.

  115. My 5 ways of natural body care:
    1. I choose to drink fresh apple juice or eat apples in the morning to wake me up instead of having a cup of coffee.
    2. I commit to jog at least 20 minutes a day and do stretches to make sure my blood gets flowing and that my joints get "oiled."
    3. I try to avoid bars or clubs since they have a lot of smoke inside their establishments that can greatly affect my health. The smell can also stick to my clothes.
    4. I choose to hang out with a group of healthy and positive minded people since it is also important to be healthy not only in body but also in the mind. :)
    5. I give myself time outs whenever I am stressed. Timeouts like just enjoying the simple things in life - to take a breather. An example would be walking in a garden or park and just being connected with nature. :)

  123. My way of taking care of my body? Well lately I love trying out bath/shower products, today I actually tried the Papaya shower gel from the body shop and I loved it! I also enjoy making my own scrub (the one with olive oil and sugar) and it’s great if you want to pamper yourself :)I have a sensitive skin, so natural products work best for me. Besides that I just make sure I get my beauty naps ;)

    1. Have a balanced diet. Never over-eat nor not eat at all. You don't want to end up having ulcer problems.
    2. Drink plenty of water.
    3. Never sleep with your problems in mind. You won't get any rest at all.
    4. Be happy. Laugh it out even if it's a corny joke! Laughter gives you a good belly exercise =)
    5. Mind your personal hygiene. (taking a bath everyday, brushing your teeth after every meal, etc.)
